CAPE TOWN - There are big expectations of President Cyril Ramaphosa as he prepares to deliver his State of the Nationa Address.
South Africans are hoping he has a clear plan to address the rolling power cuts, unemployment and corruption.
Parliament's presiding officers are promising everyone will be safe.

New rules prohibiting any disruptions were announced by National Assembly Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula.
She said the rules have been tightened.
"There's been a review process of the rules which was conducted by a sub-committee," she said.
"Subsequently to that process, they then tabled those amendments to the rules committee."
