SUDAN: The Rapid Support Forces, a paramilitary group battling Sudan's military in a nearly yearlong conflict, on Saturday endorsed a resolution by the U.N. Security Council calling for a cease-fire during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan in hopes it would help deliver humanitarian assistance to the millions of Sudanese trapped by the fighting.
