The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continue their aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 158th consecutive day. On the second day of the holy month of Ramadan in Palestine, The humanitarian crisis is exacerbated. Almost daily, deaths are recorded due to drought and malnutrition, especially among infants.

The toll of victims of malnutrition and drought has risen to 25 after the martyrdom of three new children at al-Shifa Medical Complex. The Gaza government media office stated that 90 percent of the strip's residents have become displaced and "fasting without iftar."

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced an increase in the toll of the aggression to 31,112 martyrs and 72,760 injuries since Oct. 7, 2023.

In its daily report, it pointed out that some victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, where the occupation prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.

It added that medical teams are facing famine in northern Gaza, noting that more than 2,000 health workers have found nothing to break their fast with during the first two days of Ramadan.

International and relief institutions were urged to swiftly provide food to hospitals in northern Gaza.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) acknowledged the killing of 588 since Oct. 7, and 248 since the start of the ground invasion of the Strip on Oct. 27, 2023.

Per the IOF's statements, 3,067 soldiers have been injured since the start of the aggression on Gaza, with 482 of them in critical condition, 811 in moderate condition, and 1,774 in minor condition.
