Lundayeh event on May 25

SIPITANG: The Rurun Ulung and Padan Liu' Burung Committee will hold a Rurun Ulung and Padan Liu Burung Competition on May 25 as part of the 16th Irau Rayeh Lundayah Sabah 2024 at the Lundayeh Cultural Complex.

Competition Coordinator Henrietta Jews said that Lundayeh/Lun Bawang aged 18 to 27 with basic Lundayeh/Lun Bawang dialect skills from Sabah, Sarawak, Brunei, and Indonesia are eligible to join.

Participants must be dressed in full Lundayeh costumes.

The deadline for participation is May 11.
