KINGSTON, Jamaica - Shawn Walker of Holmwood Technical ran 1:58.33 to top the field ahead of Friday's semi-final round of the Class 2 boys' 800m at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys' and Girls' Athletics Championships.

Maggotty High's Jayden Brown (1:59.38); St Elizabeth Technical's Delano Brown (1:59.41); Jamaica College's Samuel Creary (1:59.35) and Shemar Green (2:00.58); Rushanne James of Clarendon College (2:01.24); Rasheed Grant of St Mary High (2:02.25); Port Antonio's Tyrece Whyte (2:05.74); St Mary High's Rasheed Grant (2:02.25); Rhodes Hall's Richard Farrier (2:06.14); Raheem McKenzie of Clarendon College (2:06.76); Calabar's Alejandro Palmer (2:04.41) and Carlos Brison-Caines (2:01.35); Kingston College's Nahashon Ruto (2:01:00); Mavis Bank's Frank Watson (2:05.16); Clevaughn Genius of Albert Town (2:01.37); Port Antonio's Dantae Simpson (2:02.52); Munroe College's Dushon Tomlinson (2:02.54) and Raheem Palmer of Alphansus Davis (2:02.63) are the automatic qualifiers.
