PETALING JAYA: The Selangor state government is willing to disclose details of Asia Mobiliti Technologies Sdn Bhd's appointment for the state's Demand-Responsive Transit (DRT) project, amid concerns of preferential treatment and conflict of interest, says Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.

"We are willing and have no problem with that. The minutes of the meeting from the deciding committee which the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) is part of can be requested," the Selangor Mentri Besar said on Thursday (May 30).

He was responding to calls by the Centre to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4) for the Selangor government to fully disclose the details of Asia Mobiliti's appointment.

"Only two companies (Asia Mobiliti Technologies Sdn Bhd and Badanbas Coach Sdn Bhd) were referred to us from the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) to participate in the state's proof of concept programme," he added.

"Both companies were not awarded any contract, and were only picked to be involved with a proof of concept," he said.
