SANDAKAN: Some 50 native leaders and ethnic activistsexchanged views on Suluk customs and increase multiracial their understanding during a recent Suluk Ethnic Culture Symposium here.
The one-day symposium was themed "Budaya Bunga Bangsa"

Sandakan District Chief Zantapha Zainal Abidin said such a symposium can increase understanding about the unique customs of communities in Sabah.
"This is the first time it is held in Sandakan and can increase the multi-racial understanding in Sandakan.
